Routine Inspection Conducted - Facility sells pre-packaged foods (including potentially hazardous foods) as well as re-packages dry foods (e.g. spices, dried peppers etc.) Observations: - Walk-in coolers (X2) at 3'C - Walk-in freezers (X2) at -19'C - All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor - General sanitation satisfactory - No signs of pest activity during inspection - 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach - Staff observed wearing gloves for repackaging - No signs of pest activity during inspection - Professional pest control company is contracted to complete monthly inspections Note: - Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
