Routine Inspection - Facility was not in operation at the time of inspection - Operation is limited to serving pre-made food from approved sources and simple drinks (coffee, tea, etc.) - Handwashing station is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Residential cooler and freezer unit registered a temperature at or below 4 deg C and -18 deg C respectively - Overall sanitation is satisfactory - High temperature dishwasher is available for mechanical warewashing, temperature registered at 80 deg C on plate surface during final rinse cycle - Food contact sanitizer registered at 400 ppm QUATs - No sign of obvious pest activity, licensed pest control services are in place
