-Handsinks fully supplied throughout facility
-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection

-Food appears protected - covered, labelled, organized
-LED plastic bulb installed in walk in freezer and walk in cooler
-General sanitation satisfactory

Replacement:
-Plastic yellow milk crate shelving still in place. Last inspection owner said all old shelving was going to be replaced. Ensure milk jug crates are removed and replaced with proper shelving
-Red internet wire used to hold blue bucket opener to old shelving. Replace internet wire with proper cable intended to hold tools like the bucket opener.

Note:
-Mayonnaise kept out for one day then replaced - shelf stable
-Cheese curds and bacon bits brought out of freezer in small container and left out at room temp for poutines. All discarded after 4 hours. Time tracker tag on container.
