-Follow-up inspection to October 17, 2018. -Professional pest control services have been on-site and have increased inspection frequency to weekly (initially every 10-14 days). -Four additional tin cats have been added to the facility. -Pest control reports indicates on-going pest activity and rodents are being removed from the facility during weekly visits. -One dead rodents was found in the loading bay tin cat. -Green and black rodent droppings are still being observed in the back storage area. -Pest issue has improved since the last inspection. -Clean and sanitize areas affected with rodent dropping and continue to monitor for pest activity. Have facility serviced by pest control services as needed. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
