Observation: 1.Hole behind hot water tank - beside pipe going into back wall. Metal mesh installed near hole - gap still noted.
2. Lack of pest control devices
Corrective Action(s): 1.Ensure holes are completely seals, blocked or repaired to prevent pest entry. Metal mesh must be re-installed to completely cover hole and prevent pest entry.

Follow-up inspection to report # ZDER-B45UC9
Violations corrected:
1. Dishwasher rack not filled so full - allowing water, detergent and steam to properly clean and sanitizer dishware in dishwasher
2. 3 comp sink faucet cold water knob replaced - supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. Hand sink in use during inspection.
3. Food handler not using single use disposable gloves during regular handling of food. Ensure regular handwashing is conducted and if gloves are used they are used for only a single task before being discarded. Do not re-use single use disposable gloves.
4. 3 comp sink free of obstructions - allow for multi-use: 1. Handwashing 2. Food prep 3. Dishwashing. Continue to keep 3 comp sink clear when not in use to prevent contamination of food. Food is kept away from dirty dishes.
5. Improvements noted in sanitation - handles and surfaces no longer sticky. Fan cover and metal screen in upper wall has been cleaned.
6. No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
7. Holes/ gaps in walls have been blocked by metal mesh or steel wool. (exception noted above - #305)
