-Follow-up inspection: -The following actions must be corrected prior to re-opening for food service operations: --Thoroughly clean the equipment and surfaces on the cooking line (ie. remove encrusted debris/residue from equipment, floor and other surfaces) --Repair all plumbing leaks in the kitchen (ie. handsink across from the cooking line, sanitary line below the pre-rinse sink for the dishwasher, water valve under the dishwasher table (on the left-hand side of the dishwasher) --Fully-seal all doorways around the building perimeter (ie. overhead receiving door and adjacent basement entry door, and the rear door to the kitchen) -The following items must be addressed on an ongoing basis: --Increase efforts to clean and sanitize surfaces in the basement --Maintain pest control services with a professional pest control agency --Follow-through with recommendations from the pest control technicians for mitigation and prevention of pest activity in the food premises -Closure order rescinded, subject to compliance with the above-noted requirements.
