Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed: - Areas where mouse droppings were observed have been cleaned and disinfected - Pest control technician was on-site and provided service for ants and rodents. Report provided by Operator. Pest control contract now in place with monthly service. - Weather stripping has been extended on back door as as pest proofing measure to eliminate gap - Premises has been cleaned to remove flour and grease accumulation. Soiled cardboard and styrofoam has been removed from the premises. - Exhaust canopy was professionally serviced. - Shelving units have been re-organized. Order was received at time of the inspection and was being put away. Ensure floor is kept clear to allow for cleaning and monitoring for pest activity. - Operator obtained chlorine test strips for checking chlorine sanitizer concentration Notes: - Domestic fridge/freezer which was at back of premises has been upgraded to a commercial stainless single door cooler which has increased capacity and is more suitable for food premises. - Health permit fee has been paid. Affix new decal to permit once received.
