Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Spray bottles had 0 ppm quats in them
2. Surfaces are only sanitized at the end of the day.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Refill the sanitizer bottles from the dispenser. NOTE: ensure the dial is pointing to the quat label when dispensing.
2. Ensure all food contact surfaces (stainless steal counters included) are sanitized at a minimum every 4 hours, ideally after each use. Spray surfaces with sanitizer and let dry or wipe with a dry clean paper towel.

- no hot holding at time of inspection
- hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- dishwasher had a final rinse of 92 C at the gauge and 86 C at the plate
- all food was store 6" off the floor and covered
- no signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- general sanitation was satisfactory.
