Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine.
The sanitizer bucket had 100 ppm chlorine.
One of the owners has a valid FoodSafe certificate, which was renewed last summer and is expiring in 2028.

-A follow up inspection will take place in one week.
