Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel not placed in dispenser in the kitchen handsink; no paper towel in one of the two staff washrooms and no soap in all bar handwash stations.
Corrective Action(s): Paper towel placed in dispenser at time of inspection. Obtain extra pump soap so that each station has soap to use.

Freezers: -9 to -18C
Dishwasher (high temp): 75.9C at plate
*recommend taking temperature for dishwasher
Quats sanitizer @200ppm, changed every hour and marked on the bucket
Glasswasher: 12.5ppm iodine measured
Hot holding units: soups 60 to 65C, fries, gravy and hollandaise sauce 62 to 68C
No pooling of eggs, only scramble eggs which are made from pasteurized cartons of eggs
Creamers and milk are dispensed from machine where bags of cream/milk are discarded when emptied and unit is wiped down
Dipper well operational
Meat slicer appears to be maintained; unit is cleaned after use
Ice bin and ice machine appear to be kept clean, scoop stored outside
No apparent signs of pest noted during time of inspection
Orkin services monthly and reports reviewed onsite
General sanitation is good, dry storage is adequate
