Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A dozen of raw shelled eggs were stored at room temperature with time tracking stamp. According to the stamp, the eggs had passed the required time and were not discarded.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the aforementioned shelled eggs immediately. Educate the staff to strictly follow the time stated on the time stamp.

Routine inspection:
- Inspection conducted after the facility was renovated.
- Facility renovated according to the approved floor plan.
- Coolers (walk-in, under the counter, stand-up, milk) maintained at 4C or less.
- Freezers (walk-in, under the counter, overhead) were functional.
- Hot food maintained at above 60C.
- Smoothie machine maintained 4C for the milk products inside.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available from the spray bottles and from the dispenser.
- 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer available in pails with wiping clothes stored inside.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer at the plate level.
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- No pest activities observed at the time of the inspection.
- Clean and organize the dinning area once all renovation is completed.
