-Kitchen is rented out for a mobile unit and staff use.
-Minor amounts of food in the dry storage and cold holding units.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -16C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection.
-Minor rodent droppings observed under the sink across from the dishwasher. Clean and sanitize areas with rodent droppings and contact pest control services as needed.
