Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
3 compartment sinks with drain plug available for manual dishwashing.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers at adequate temperature. Foods stored in a frozen state.
Dry storage is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm chlorine as per test strips.

Note:
The ice machine appears to be in a sanitary condition; however, cleaning and sanitizing is recommended in the near future.
Inspection to be conducted in the near future to check the compliance level with FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training.
