-Follow-up inspection to January 11, 2022.
-Pho broth is now cooled rapidly in the upright freezer. Pho broth is frozen and defrosted daily for use. Broth made the previous night was at -1C.
-Deli slicer was properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing. Slicer was found to be in good condition. Ensure staff continue to clean and sanitize the slicer after each use.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were labelled and at 200ppm.
-Light sleeves have been purchased for light fixtures in the kitchen.
-Facility has cleaned and sanitized all areas affected with rodent droppings. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact pest control services as needed.
