This inspection done by an EHO student.

Follow-up inspection to report #248961.

The following corrective actions have been made:
-Did not observe any blocked handsinks.
-Significant improvements to rat/mouse droppings. Cleaning takes place every night according to kitchen manager. Any dropping present are indicative of an active infestation.
-Pest control now on site every 2 weeks.
-Improvement to grease build-up by cooking line.
-Prep sink and dishpit areas are free of food debris.
-Walk-in cooler maintained in sanitary condition.
-Did not observe any cooling of foods or room temperature food at time of inspection.
-Steamer unit has been serviced. Continue to monitor for future leaks.

The following action items remain:
-Dust buildup on ceiling over handsink will be serviced and professionally cleaned on 06/07
-Please send a photo to Fraser Health once completed.
