The premise will be open at 4pm. The routine inspection is conducted because the operator was on site 2:30 pm. Handsink supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Note: Prep.cooler is turned off and in use as a storage space. Other prep.cooler - satisfactory (top - no food at the time of inspection). Walk in cooler - satisfactory. Beverage/salad dressings cooler in bar area at 3.5 deg C. Freezers - satisfactory. Bleach - available on site; Ensure, that prior to opening surface sanitizer is premixed ( and in a bucket) and at 100 ppm of chlorine. Low temperature dishwasher is not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure that dishwasher at list 50 ppm of chlorine (use test strips to verified). No signs of pests noted at time of inspection.
