Routine inspection conducted with the presence of one staff. Store is on the process of replacing partial flooring and shelving units.No structural or layout change. - Hand sink and staff washroom fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and cold/hot running water. - Chest freezers for ice creams < -20C. - Milk/cheese cooler, drink coolers < or = 4C. - Spray bottle with bleach for contact surfaces sanitation measured 200ppm. Instruction given to the operator how to make 100ppm bleach. - Slushi machine was in a sanitary condition, staff thoroughly clean and sanitize the machine once a week. - Randomly check the Best Before Date of the prepackaged foods. No expired nuts observed. - No food processing onsite in the store. - Eggs from approved source. - No pest activity observed during inspection.
