- Freezer was - 28 C
- No hot holding at time of inspection
- Thermometers are present in cooler units
- Temperature records are maintained.
- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Spray bottle had 200 ppm quats
- Dishwasher downstairs had a final rinse of 78 C at plate and 185 F at gauge.
- Dishwasher upstairs had a final rinse of 77 C at plate and 89 C at gauge.
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is good
