Inspection in response to ownership change.
- No significant changes to menu or layout.
- Completed application form, certificate of incorp and health permit fee ($62.50 Nov - March via cheque 000103)
- Copy of Foodsafe certificate for operator provided.
- Operator to complete + submit food safety + sanitation procedures by Dec 27/17.
- General sanitation of premises was satisfactory
- Hand sink supplied with liquid soap + paper towel.
- High temp dishwasher met sanitizing temperature.
Rinse cycle at dish surface was 76C (measured with min/max thermometer. Monitor/check daily.
- Bleach sanitizing solution present (100-200ppm) for sanitizing counters, tables + food contact surfaces.
- Coolers were 4C or colder. Thermometers present in coolers. Ensure cooler temperatures are monitored.
- Freezer was at -17C
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- Food service establishment has health approval to operate. Food safety + sanitation plan, must be submitted within time frame noted above.
Post health permit in visible location when it arrives.
