Observation: Food/debris noted inside pops/pans, storage bins, etc. Cleaned and disinfected implements are being recontaminated in storage areas.
Correction: All items are to be stored in a sanitary manner, in order to prevent post contamination. (ie: Upper shelving/upside down)

Reinspection based on previous inspection report.
- Food Storage: Improved.
- As discussed, all food items are to be stored in covered, food grade containers. Cooked food items are to be kept stored above all raw food items. Stock rotation/dating is to be conducted.
- Sanitation: Improvements noted. facility is to be kept clean and organized at all times. All items are to be stored in designated areas. Unused items are to be removed to free up space.
- Equipment: Steam table leak repaired.
