Observation:
Flooring in the back have debris on the corner and sides of baseboards (behind the palette, side corners).
Underneath the shelf in the front service counter have debris/filth build up.
Corrective Action(s):
Clean kitchen floor thoroughly especially in corners, underneath shelves and other hard to reach areas.
Move shelf in the front service counter and clean debris underneath.

Observation:
Seal of the upright fridge in the food prep area worn off.
Corrective Action(s):
Equipment to be maintained and this fridge to be replaced with a commercial type cooler in the future.

Observation:
No staff on duty has Food Safe 1 training.
Corrective Action(s):
Ensure at least one staff on duty has valid Food Safe 1 certification.

Hand sinks supplied with hot/cold running water.
- Liquid soap and paper towels provided at these hand sinks.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm (buckets).
Walk-in cooler was at 2-4 deg C.
Upright freezer was at -19 deg C.
Prep line cooler and upright cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Hot holding for gravy and chicken was above 60 deg C.
Display cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Staff - hairnets/ cap and clean uniforms
No signs of pests noted. Pest control monitoring in place.
Washroom clean and provided with toilet paper, liquid soap and paper towels.
** Ensure cover for the rolling rack is cleaned, sanitized and air dry on a regular basis.
