- Areas of the floor detailed in previous routine inspection report has been cleaned. Sanitation level has improved.
- Handwashing sinks in production area both equipped with liquid soap and paper towel
- Both walk-in freezers have been serviced/repaired. Back walk-in freezer was -21C and front walk-in freezer was -19C
*Operator reported the entire floor in the production area is scheduled to be re-finished on the October long weekend or November when production is not occurring. Ensure floor surface is smooth, non-slip, and impervious.
*Reviewed current status as a permitted facility with Operator. Operator reported at times that daily food in production (eg. pakoras) may be sold hot/ready to eat as take out to walk-up customers. Premises to remain as permitted facility.
