Comments

- Temp all coolers and freezers satisfactory (<4 oC and < -18 oC respectively)- walk in cooler air temp was noted elevated at first but it got down by the end of inspection ( delivery and defrost cycle maybe)
-Hot holding units all >60 oC
-Paper towel and liquid soap are provide at all sinks
-Quats sanitizers in buckets and third sink 200 ppm
-Oil in fryers ok ( seemed dark but staff tested was ok)
-temp log sheets ok ( some are kept electronically now)
-No sign of pests noted- pest control reports are available
