Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towels in the main handwashing station.
Corrective Action(s): The manager provided paper towels at the time of the inspection. All handwashing stations are to be supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.

Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- All coolers (upright in main kitchen) at < or = 4C.
- All freezers (upright) at < or = -18C.
- All refrigeration units are equipped with working thermometers.
- Domestic dishwasher is in working order.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Obtain drain plug to fill up the sanitizing compartment of the sink to properly sanitize equipment, utensils, and other food contact surfaces.
- Surface sanitizers are to be available in white buckets with presoaked wiping cloths at 100ppm chlorine solution. Ensure to provide surface sanitizers at each station (ie serving area, main prep area) and use clean wiping cloths. Change out the sanitizer solution every day. Obtain bleach solution.
- Dry storage area has sufficient space and racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE certified staff on duty.
Note: Small kitchen on the first floor is for resident use only. Food is prepared by residents for personal use.
