Follow-up Inspection:

-Operator has hired "The Pest Detective" (604-434-7387) and have set traps (sticky and snap traps noted) throughout restaurant
NOTE: ensure no poisons are used inside restaurant -only mechanical traps are allowed -Poison traps okay outdoors

-No perishables noted in 2-door display fridge in kitchen at time of inspection
-Daily Log sheets maintained for fridges
-No improper cooling methods observed -noted the cooling wand in freezer ready for use
-Handsinks properly stocked and clear for use
-Wiping towels in sanitizer buckets between uses >100ppm as per chlorine test strips
-no cardboard/newspaper shelf/floor liners observed
-no mouse droppings observed -back area next to back exit has been cleaned and appears disinfected
