A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezer was -21C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach present for sanitizing, the [Cl2] was 200ppm.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; dated; labeled; and stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks or cupboards.
- General sanitation level is adequate, improvement needed in the mentioned areas.
- Meat grinder is stored on counter top. The pieces of the grinder which touches meat are removed, washed & sanitized between grinding, OR stored in the walk-in-cooler until the next customer needs meat grounded.
- No signs of pests.
- No expired foods for sale or in use.
- Business is only supplying raw, unmarinated meats to "Pita Pan Donair". |
