-Follow-up inspection to July 23, 2021. -Facility has retained the services of a professional pest control operator. -Facility will be serviced every 2 weeks until the pest issue is under control and will then move to monthly pest control services. -Facility has been inspected for potential entry points and entry points have been sealed. -16 monitoring stations have been installed in the facility. -Continue to monitor facility and clean and sanitize all affected areas on a daily basis. -Follow all the recommendations of your pest control operator and contact your pest control operator in pest issues increase. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
