Routine inspection conducted:

- Two-door under counter cooler at 3 degrees C
- Upright glass cooler at 3 degrees C
- One-door under counter freezer at -19 degrees C
- Scoops are stored safely with handles outside of food product.
- Hand washing sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Three sink plugs, hot and cold running water, detergent, and bleach available near three compartment sink for manual ware washing. Manual ware washing procedures discussed at time of inspection--no concerns. Sanitizing sink compartment was set up with approximately 100 ppm chlorine bleach water sanitizer.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle
- General sanitation good. No signs of pest activity observed.
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Operator's certificate valid to 2021.
