Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the sanitizer spray bottles measured 0ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Two other bottles measured >200ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Staff remade the sanitizer that measured 200ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all sanitizers are at min 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.

Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- All handwashing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers.
- High temperature dishwasher achievec 74.8C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A professional pest control company inspects the premises on a monthly basis. Please submit the latest two pest control summary reports to the health inspector to verify this information.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Hot holding unit = 63C.
- Daily temperature log available.

* Note: The hot water tank is being replaced with a new unit.
