Routine inspection conducted today:

Note: Restaurant has re-opened their dinning area as of October 2022.

Handwash stations, including washrooms, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4C or below.
All freezer units were at -18C or below.
Improved general storage hierarchy and protection of food in the storage units for food that is not in active-use.
2 chlorine spray bottles were available in the cooking area. Both noted with 200 PPM chlorine residual.
Overall general sanitation has significantly improved. Did not observe any debris or buildup on any equipment and surfaces - excellent.
Noted food thawing in an acceptable method - under running water.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 72.5C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Operator was preparing food during the inspection - able to communicate to not leave potentially hazardous food out at room temperature for over 2 hours - excellent.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 still valid (expires Feb 16, 2024) - operator was on site at the time of inspection.

Noted some cardboard used as liners in the refrigeration units. Remove all cardboard in the kitchen areas as all surfaces in the preparation and storage areas must be smooth, impervious to moisture and easily cleanable. Do not use cardboard.

Please keep up the good work and maintain the cleanliness of the facility in this state at all time. Great job!
