Correction: Discontinue the use of this fry cutter until it is cleaned and sanitized.

Follow-up to inspection conducted on Sept 7, 2022 - New chest freezer was obtained - Fry cutter is not in use. Pre-cut fries to be used. If fry cutter will be used again in the future, ensure it can be cleaned and sanitized properly. - Bar display cooler was empty and not in use. Replacement is on the way. - Back door was closed at the time of inspection. Ensure proper screen door is installed if door needs to be open. - Food containers were covered with lids - Continue to clean regularly in all areas. Ensure hard to reach areas are included in cleaning schedule.
