was July 25
All food contact surfaces are smooth, imperious, easy to clean
Bottles of chemicals and cleaners clearly labelled
and stored away from food.
Disposable containers are for take away only and not reused
Coolers have working thermometers
Handsinks all equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold

Staff observed washing hands often, including whenever
starting a new task
