All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Temperature records kept for coolers and freezers. A small number of droppings noted along walls in the back. Pest control comes on site regularly, traps are in place, pest control reports reviewed. Recommend pest proof containers for food storage in the back. Overall sanitation was satisfactory.
