2. Install sink within two weeks. Submit updated floor plan as well.

Routine inspection:
-cheque # 011059 for $50.00 paid for permit fee
-anti-slip strips that were peeling up on cookline have been removed
-two fryers replaced
-all handwashing sinks fully equipped
-all fridges at 4C or less and have thermometers
-freezers at -18C or less
-ice machine clean, ensure scoop is stored in bucket on counter
-changes to menu discussed
-all new staff this year, ensure at least one staff member on site at all times has FoodSafe Level 1
-post signs to remind staff to wash hands and check internal temperature of cooked foods
