Observation: -No sanitizer and no hot water - vinegar being used as a sanitizer
-Staff found a bottle of quats sanitizer at time of visit.
Violation ticket will be on hold.
Corrective Action(s): -Provide hot water and sanitizer for washing any utensils ( cutting board, knifes etc)- wash ( warm water and detergent)- rinse (clean water)-sanitize ( soak in sanitizer for 2 minute) -air dry
-Approved surface sanitizer must be used. Vinegar is not a Sanitizer!!
-Use approved surface sanitizer in spray bottle with paper towel to wipe all counters during re-packaging.

Observation: Noted frozen barley soup made by the owner - home made carrot, and home made cabbages not sure about supplier ( owner verified for these products at the end of inspection it is from Zakuson Toronto..
Corrective Action(s): This facility is approved to sell prepackaged food products from approved supplier and re-packaging of some of these products to be sold in smaller package. Remove those noted products immediately and stop processing any foods.

Note: Health approval is required for any additional food processing ( chopping, rinsing , cooking, cooling ...)

Observation: Noted food products in walk in cooler and walk in freezer ( in boxes and buckets) were stored directly on the floor
Corrective Action(s): -Store all products off of the floor ( at least 6 inches) to prevent potential contamination and aid cleaning

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted smoked frozen fish ( 29 package Cahta Emperor, 5 Fisher kings ) Mackerel Cold Smoked - Need to kept frozen in cooler temp 4 oC

Removed from the display cooler to be discarded at time of visit.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all noted products ( risk of Clostridium botulinum)- and ensure to follow the manufacturing instruction regarding storage of products.

Observation: Unapproved food processing on-side - cooking- cooling of barely soups
