The premise has been cleaned well. General sanitation - good. Pest service has been on site and it is going to be once a month for 6 months. Note:Invoice # 7612 from "APNA" on June 8th, 2019 - available. Traps are set and empty. Storage - well organized. Recommendation: - All food must be stored off the floor in food grade pest proof containers with lids. - The store must be regularly cleaned. - All utensils and equipment must be kept in a sanitary manner. - Monitor the pests issue and a pest service must be on site as per the schedule.
