Corrective Action(s): Move the prep table away from cooling unit. Clean and sanitize the prep table. Clean the cooling unit pipe and repair the leak if present. Violation Score: 3

Routine Inspection - Hand washing stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Hot/cold running water available at all sinks. - Coolers found at < 4 c. Freezers < - 18 c. All equipped with thermometers. - Hot holding found at >60 c for chicken hot holding case. - Temperature logs are available. - Foodsafe certified employees on-site during this inspection. - Quats Sanitizer at 200 ppm concentration. Note: Report signed on February 19,2018. According to the manager a leak test was conducted on the cooling unit drain and no leak was found.
