1) Wash and sanitize ice machine.
2) Store rice scoop in ice water solution. Rice scoop and container must be cleaned and sanitized every four hours, and ice water must be replaced.

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine in front and back
- three compartment sink not set up for warewashing at time of inspection
- back storage area satisfactory
- California rolls and Vietnamese spring rolls are kept at ambient temperature; staff stated that they are discarded if not sold in 2 hours - begin time stamping
- FOODSAFE requirements met
