Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed large pizza cutter on counter top with food debris on it; was advised that she was handling cheese not too long ago. Also advised that she cleans and sanitizes it every night.
Corrective Action(s): As this cutter gets used throughout the day, it must be cleaned and sanitized if used for different purposes and every 4 hours of its usage. Required operator to clean and sanitize the cutter immediately.
