Observation: Ice maker machine has mould growth inside. Mould growth can contaminate the ice. [Date to be corrected by: 11/29/2018]
Corrective Action(s): Empty out the ice machine and discard the ice. Clean the ice machine with soap and water, rinse with water, and apply 100 ppm bleach sanitizer

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Observation #1: 3-compartment sink method was not in-use. Utensils/equipment must be washed (with soap/detergent), rinsed with water, soaked in sanitizer (100 ppm bleach solution = 1/2 teaspoon bleach in 1 L of water) and air dried. Follow the sign posted above the sink.
Observation #2: No sanitizer mixed up. Wiping cloths used with water to wipe countertops. A 100 ppm bleach sanitizer solution was mixed up during the inspection. Cloths were placed inside. *Change the solution every 4 hours or sooner
