Stand-up coolers and display cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers, chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Pre-packaged sandwiches and wraps observed to be within best before date. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. No signs of pests observed. NOTE: Ensure underneath the shelving rack at the end of the walk-in cooler is cleaned and sanitize to remove the coffee spill observed at the time of inspection. Corrected by: Today.
