A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 2C or colder; freezers -16C or colder; hot holding above 60C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- Timers used to monitor holding of foods at room temperature.
- Quats sanitizer in cloth buckets and spray bottles was 200ppm strength.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups with proteins stored separately from other foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor.
- No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- COVID-19 mitigation measures in place. No dine-in; masks worn by staff; barrier found at ordering counter; no public washrooms available; and increased sanitation frequency.
- All in order.
- Discussed inspection results with the operator, no signature obtained due to the pandemic.
