Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BETSSX.
- Walk in cooler measured at 3 degrees C
- Easy to view thermometers present within cooler units. A new probe thermometer is available on site for checking internal food temperatures
- No food stored in open metal cans at time of inspection
- No hot holding at time of inspection
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed
- Fan noted on previous report has been cleaned to remove dust build up
- Food utensils and equipment in sanitary condition
- Pitted container used to stored knives was not observed on the premises. A new container with smooth surfaces was observed to be used for storage of knives.
- It was stated that new door seals had been ordered previously; however, door seals were not the correct fit. It was stated that new door seals are to be ordered.
- Plastic peeling film has been removed from metal shelving; however, some residue is still present on the shelving. Ensure residue is removed / cleaned.
- Majority of areas noted under code 306 of Rpt # MBEK-BETSSX have been adequately cleaned. Remaining areas include hard to reach areas (e.g. areas behind / under cook line equipment) and metal shelving located near preparation line (residue present in areas). Ensure remaining areas are properly cleaned. Ensure all equipment / surfaces are cleaned on a regular basis as necessary to maintain these items in clean condition. Food contact surfaces, food equipment, and utensils must be stored in sanitary condition after they have been properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
