Corrective Action(s): The bag of flour has been discarded. Store flour and bags of ingredients in gnaw proof container or storage. Wipe down all food contact surfaces with bleach solution before the start of operation each day.

Observation: Back door was wide open. Just around the corner outside the back door is an overflowing garbage can with no lid.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain gnaw proof garbage containers with lids so not to attract mice.

Observation: Walkin cooler at 14C/58F, undercounter fridge not operating. Only non potentially hazardous foods kept inside the walk-in (dough, pickles). Nothing is stored inside the undercounter fridge.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the units.
