Ice machine has been cleaned and serviced - good Cake display cooler measured 3C, tart display cooler measured 4C Operator will no longer use barista cooler for storage of potentially hazardous foods. Milk to be stored in cake cooler. Operator is installing new QUATS dispenser next week for the 3 compartment sink. Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 certificate has expired as of Feb 2023. Operator to re-take certification within 3 months.
