Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Soap was not found by the new hand sink at the end of the cooking equipment
2. Multiple sinks took extremely long for hot water to be produced at the tap.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all hand sinks are well stocked with liquid soap, paper towel, and hot and cold water.
2. Ensure hot water can be supplied in a timely manner to all sinks, especially hand wash sinks at the bar, the new hand wash sink and the sink near the dishwashing area.
