Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station at back preparation area is not supplied with paper towel or other single-use hand drying method during inspection. Staff placed paper towel next to the hand washing station during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Add paper towel in the paper towel dispenser. Maintain all hand washing stations unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to ensure staff are practicing proper hand hygiene to handle food in a safe manner and to prevent potential contamination of food.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1. Open can of saag observed in the sandwich cooler during inspection. Staff voluntarily discarded the can of saag during inspection.

2. Large container of raw meat observed stored on top of a tray on top of cooked lentils in the walk-in cooler. Staff placed the raw meat on the bottom shelf during inspection.

3. Multiple food items observed stored uncovered in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store open cans of food in the cooler as this can lead to potential metal leaching into the food. Transfer all open cans of food into food grade containers in the cooler or discard the leftover canned foods after use. Protect all foods from potential contamination by storing foods covered and at last 6 inches off the floor at all times. Cover all foods in the walk-in cooler. Do not store meats above or next to ready-to-eat food to prevent contamination of food. Store raw meat on bottom shelves and/or on seperate shelving.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [REPEAT VIOLATION] Staff on site at start of the inspection does not have FOODSAFE Level 1 training or equivalent. Operator was available on site after the start of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): At least one staff member must have FOODSAFE Level 1 training or equivalent at all times to ensure food is handled in a safe manner. Train at least one additional staff member to ensure at least 1 person has FOODSAFE Level 1 training on site at all times.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 2'C
- 2-door stainless steel freezer at -19'C
- Sandwich coolers (X2) at or below 4'C (top and bottom)
- Sweets cooler #1 (next to handwashing station at front service area) at 4'C
- Sweets cooler #2 is observed for dry, non-potentially hazardous food storage only and is not turned on during inspection
- No hot-holding observed on site during inspection
- Thermometers available in cold-holding units
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory during inspection
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottles (X3) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Operator was able to describe proper dishwashing and sanitizing procedures
- Equipment observed stored in sanitary manner
- Take-out only. No dine-in or seating available
- No signs of pests during inspection
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site

**REMINDERS:
- Ensure to clean and sanitize all large pieces of equipment after each use
- No food preparation is permitted in the dishwashing area. All food must be prepared in the preparation sink ONLY
- Operator to submit outstanding updated floor plan to health inspector for review (as per inspection report #YTAN-CNPRP3) by May 22, 2023
