Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Some food items found uncovered/unprotected in walk-in cooler and had to be discarded; also, lettuce was being washed directly in sink and staff reminded to use strainer/barrier when washing food in sink
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all food covered and protected from contamination in storage areas; also, when washing produce or food stuff in prep sink use a barrier/strainer rather than direct contact in sink to reduce risk of cross contamination
