Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # RLAM-B5SUZN of Oct-22-2018 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (No sanitizer (quat) detectable in both sanitizer spray bottle as well as manual sanitizing sink. Staff have been further diluting the sanitizer solution from dispenser. This is not necessary, the solution is already diluted.)

Quat dispenser adjusted; operator has purchased test strips. Tested strength of sanitizer at dispenser, sanitizing sink and spray bottle, approximately ~ 200 ppm quat detectable. Rice stored in food-grade container.
