General observations:
Walk-in cooler was 3 degrees Celsius.
Double-door freezer was -15 degrees Celsius.
Preparation cooler was 4 degrees Celsius.
Undercounter cooler was 4 degrees Celsius.
Undercounter freezer was -10 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding units (x2) were both over 60 degrees Celsius.
Food storage and display practices were good.
Handwashing sink was stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
At time of inspection, the paper towel dispenser was not mounted on the wall but operator was in process or fixing this.
All sinks were equipped with hot and cold running water.
Staffs hygiene and food handling practices were good.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Quats sanitizers (spray bottle and dispenser) were at 200ppm.
No signs of pests.
